helpful attendants french restaurant
the valet parking attendants were indeed very helpful. i also appreciated the convenient access to a nice french restaurant right in the downtown area.
the french decor felt a bit too overdone, and the lobby seemed cluttered.

the hotel had a cute boutique feel and seemed very european. the hotel provided free bike rentals, and a bike path was located right in front of the building. this amenity provided a simple way to explore.

The hotel has an agreement with a french bistro restaurant next door. This was so convenient. a ten percent discount was offered for those whose stay did not include breakfast. i found the food delicious!!!

The hotel is in a superb location. It is close to public transportation and the cruise dock is easy to access. The hotel's decoration and furnishings are beautiful. Staff was attentive and helpful . I must return again!
I noticed the valet parking system seemed required. It was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk arranged for an anniversary treat in our room! valet parking was convenient and quick. staff members were friendly and helpful. They offered great restaurant recommendations.
The closet door was broken and almost caused an injury. the living room couch had a strong cat urine odor. there was significant mold in the shower and around the sink. The toilet also ran constantly.

great restaurant efficient valet attentive staff
I found the alouette restaurant very good. i especially liked the rack of lamb. the valet service was quick. It was so efficient. the staff were very helpful and attentive, a bonus!
the hvac in the bedroom blew right on us while sleeping. it seemed to cycle repeatedly in short intervals, unfortunately.

Excellent Downtown Stay
apartment layout friendly staff convenient location
I appreciated the apartment style layout. The bedroom and living space being separate gave me more room. It was useful for managing my luggage. The staff were also friendly and willing to assist with all my needs. The hotel's location near Waterfront Station proved very convenient.
