a nice stay
great restaurantefficient valetattentive staff
I found the alouette restaurant very good. i especially liked the rack of lamb. the valet service was quick. It was so efficient. the staff were very helpful and attentive, a bonus!
the hvac in the bedroom blew right on us while sleeping. it seemed to cycle repeatedly in short intervals, unfortunately.

the hotel is close to bus service on granville street. gastown is also within walking distance. access to the ywca was available. free bike rentals are available to guests.

the location was really good. there were many things to do nearby. the staff were friendly. i did like that the hotel offered adjoining rooms.
the air conditioning in my room didn't work well. they tried to fix the a/c, but they couldn't do it. the closet door was broken. it almost hurt my friend.

I appreciated the apartment style layout. The bedroom and living space being separate gave me more room. It was useful for managing my luggage. The staff were also friendly and willing to assist with all my needs. The hotel's location near Waterfront Station proved very convenient.
The room's decor seemed a little dated.

The location was superb, just a short walk from Waterfront Station. I found several restaurants nearby, including a very good one attached to the hotel, and I was pleased with the accessibility. IT was great!
